Lease and Rental Policy

At Marcantonio Enterprises, LLC, we strive for clear and fair leasing practices.

Security Deposits:

- A security deposit equal to one or two months’ rent is required at lease signing.

Lease Terms:

- Standard lease terms range from 6 months to 5+ years depending on the property.

- Month-to-month options are available on select flexible spaces.

Payments:

- Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

- Late fees apply after the 5th day.

- All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Maintenance & Repairs:

- Tenant is responsible for interior maintenance unless otherwise stated in the lease.

- Landlord handles structural and common area maintenance.

Termination & Cancellations:

- Early termination may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or additional fees.

- Written notice is required per the terms of your lease agreement.
